We feel regretful and have to point out that “Analysis of optical energy transportation ontoroidal mirror X-ray relay optics”published in Chinese Joural of Lasers(1992,Vol.1,NO.2,149-158)written by Lin et al has a lot of mistakes in analyzing calculation,physical assumption and experimental arrangement.Obviously,these mistakes lead to wrong conclu-sions.Our detailed dissection to the mistakes of Lin’s paper and correct theoretical simulationwill be published elsewhere.
We feel regretful and have to point out that “Analysis of optical energy transportation ontoroidal mirror X-ray relay optics” published in Chinese Journal of Lasers (1992, Vol. 1, No. 2, 149-158) written by Lin et al has a lot of mistakes in analyzing calculation, physical assumption and experimental arrangement. Obviously, these mistakes lead to wrong conclu-sions. Very detailed dissection to the mistakes of Lin’s paper and correct theoretical simulation will be published elsewhere.
