提出了一种应用概率统计细分提高测长仪器分辨率的方法。将概率统计细分法扩展到图像测量中 ,对被测量图像施加一种随空间变化的扰动 ,可使图像法测量尺寸及瞄准被测物的分辨率显著提高。实验结果表明 ,这种细分方法的非线性误差小于像素当量的 5% ,随测量条件的不同分辨率提高一至两个数量级
A method to improve the resolution of length measuring instruments by using subdivision of probability and statistics is proposed. The probability and statistics subdivision method is extended to image measurement, which imposes a spatially varying disturbance on the image to be measured, which can greatly improve the image size and the resolution of the object to be measured. The experimental results show that the nonlinear error of this subdivision method is less than 5% of pixel equivalent, and the resolution of one to two orders of magnitude increases with different measuring conditions
