为了解决武钢CSP生产线投产初期卷取温度命中率不达标的问题,对影响卷取温度命中率的因素进行了分析,发现其主要与层流冷却水量分布、响应精度和设备运行稳定性等有关。采取了改善水量分布情况、提高响应精度、优化设备调整方法等解决方案,有效提高了卷取温度命中率,大大降低了生产成本和检修工作量。
In order to solve the problem that the hit rate of coiling temperature is not up to the initial stage of the CSP production line put into operation, the factors affecting the hit rate of coiling temperature were analyzed and found to be mainly related to the laminar cooling water quantity distribution, response accuracy and equipment operation stability. The solution to improve the water distribution, improve the response accuracy and optimize the equipment adjustment method has been taken and the hit rate of the coiling temperature has been effectively improved, greatly reducing the production cost and the workload of inspection.
