运用X射线应力测试仪、硬度仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)对超声挤压TC6钛合金疲劳试样的残余应力、硬度及显微结构进行了测量分析,探讨超声挤压工艺对TC6钛合金疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:经超声挤压后,TC6钛合金疲劳性能并没有显著提升,与精加工试样对比发现,在750、850和950 MPa应力下的疲劳寿命分别下降了42.78%、20.06%和88.91%。经观察其内部存在放射状疲劳源,且疲劳源处存在相对大面积、多区域的暗色斑点,最终导致疲劳寿命降低。
The residual stress, hardness and microstructure of the TC6 titanium alloy fatigue specimens were measured and analyzed by X-ray stress tester, hardness tester, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The effects of ultrasonic extrusion process on TC6 Effect of Titanium Alloy Fatigue Properties. The results show that the fatigue properties of TC6 titanium alloy have not been significantly improved after ultrasonic extrusion. Compared with the finished samples, the fatigue life of TC6 titanium alloy decreased by 42.78%, 20.06% and 88.91% respectively under the stress of 750, 850 and 950 MPa, . After the observation of its internal radial fatigue source, and there is a relatively large area of fatigue source, dark spots in multiple regions, eventually leading to reduced fatigue life.
