目的:观察芝麻素对高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂肪肝形成的影响。方法:建立高血脂大鼠模型。予不同剂量芝麻素灌胃治疗8周后,检测大鼠血脂、脂蛋白代谢酶、脂质过氧化物、载脂蛋白及肝指数、肝脏病理变化。结果:芝麻素能显著降低模型组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B100(ApoB100)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和肝指数,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肝酯酶(HL)活性(P<0.05);并使脂肪肝损伤得到明显改善。结论:芝麻素具有调脂和防治脂肪肝的作用,可能与调节脂质代谢及抗氧化作用等有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of sesamin on the formation of lipids and fatty liver in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: To establish hyperlipidemic rat model. After sevoflurane treatment for 8 weeks, the blood lipids, lipoprotein metabolism enzymes, lipid peroxides, apolipoproteins, liver index and liver pathological changes were detected. Results: Sesamin can significantly reduce the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein B100 (ApoB100), malondialdehyde (MDA) (P <0.05), and significantly improved the fatty liver injury. (2) The levels of serum HDL-C, SOD, and HL were increased significantly. Conclusion: Sesamin has the effect of regulating lipids and preventing fatty liver, which may be related to the regulation of lipid metabolism and antioxidation.
