In order to improve redundancy, many of the power supply using “OR” diode can access the same load. During maintenance, when you remove any one power supply, you want the load to have as little disturbance as possible. To compensate for the voltage drop across the ORing diode, you must connect the power feedback line at the load after ORing the diode.
