Regulatory T cells (Tregs) play a key role in maintaining immune balance and are important for induction therapy and maintenance of immune tolerance after organ transplantation. CD4 + regulatory T cells (CD4 + Tregs) have been studied extensively, but since calcineurin inhibitors (CNIs) and antibody classes have a significant inhibitory effect on CD4 + Tregs, the number of CD4 + Tregs detected after transplantation And can not truly reflect the state of immune regulation after organ transplantation. Recently a large number of clinical studies have found that CD8 + regulatory T cells (CD8 + Treg) may be one of the important cells for inducing immune tolerance of transplanted organs. Therefore, its immunomodulatory mechanism is gaining more and more attention.
