矽肺是由于吸入游离二氧化硅粉尘而引起的一种尘肺病。但是各种类型的二氧化硅粉尘是否都能引发矽肺病仍是一种值得探讨的重要课题。多年来,不少学者对矽肺的病因学进行了多方面的研究,大致可归纳为以下几点:(1)分子硅不能引起组织反应或任何类似矽肺的改变;(2)不是硅酸而是二氧化硅粒子本身引起了矽肺的特殊组织反应;(3)石英尘粒有引起组织纤维化的特殊能力,可能与二氧化硅四面体的结构空间状
Silicosis is a pneumoconiosis caused by inhalation of free silica dust. However, whether all kinds of silica dust can cause silicosis is still an important issue to be explored. Over the years, many scholars conducted a multifaceted study on the etiology of silicosis, which can be summarized as follows: (1) molecular silicon can not cause tissue reactions or any similar changes in silicosis; (2) instead of silicic acid Silica particles themselves cause a special tissue reaction of silicosis; (3) Quartz dust particles have a special ability to cause tissue fibrosis, which may be related to the structure of silica tetrahedra
