本文证明了不论元器件寿命为何种分布,由大量元器件组成的雷达系统,在运行试验中失效元件不断地由新元件取代,在历经时间t_0以后,其寿命为指数分布。故系统失效排除后,可靠性并不降级,因此,可用一套系统累积失效数据作出可靠性定量评定。文中还提出了雷达系统早期失效和随机失效界限的判定方法;讨论了以精度概念对雷达系统可靠度和平均无故障工作时间作出的估计。
This paper proves that regardless of the distribution of component lifetimes, a radar system consisting of a large number of components has been replaced by new components in operational tests. Exponentially, the lifetime of the radar system is exponential after t_0 expires. Therefore, after system failure is eliminated, the reliability is not degraded. Therefore, a set of systematic cumulative failure data can be used to make a quantitative assessment of reliability. The paper also puts forward the method of judging the early failure of radar system and the threshold of stochastic failure. The estimation of radar system reliability and MTBF based on concept of precision is discussed.
