重庆市建材局设计室主任赵镇魁工程师,为湖北省黄石市砖瓦厂设计的,我国第一条年产5000万块粉煤灰页岩砖生产线通过鉴定。黄石火力发电厂年湿排粉煤灰14.3万吨。为建灰场耗资1900多万元,粉煤灰总储量达200多万吨,淤塞了黄石风景湖3000多亩精养鱼池。1984年,赵镇魁应聘设计了这条生产线。这条生产线自去年9月到10月底,试生产120万块砖。经全面测试,这种砖的平均标号在200号以上,重量轻,几何尺寸稳定,无裂纹,各项物理性能均超过国家标准,达到特级品水平。这条生产线具有节约能源,降低成本的突出优点。由于粉煤灰含有剩余热值800~1200千卡/公斤,在页岩中掺入50%的粉煤灰,就满足了烧砖所需要的热量,而不再需要外加煤。一条年产5000万块砖的生产线,一年可利用粉煤灰5万立方米,节煤7500吨,节电28万度,加上其他各项,比同类型页岩砖厂合计节省70多万元。同时,不但避免了砖厂和电厂的毁地,而且可造地还田15亩。
Zhao Zhenkui, the director of the Chongqing Municipal Building Materials Bureau Design Office, designed the Huangshi Brickyard in Hubei Province. China’s first annual production capacity of 50 million fly ash shale brick production lines passed the appraisal. Huangshi Thermal Power Plant has 143,000 tons of wet fly ash per year. It cost more than 19 million yuan to build an ash yard, and the total reserves of fly ash amounted to more than 2 million tons. It blocked the 3,000-acre fish pond in Huangshi Scenic Lake. In 1984, Zhao Zhenkui applied for the design of this production line. From September to the end of October last year, this production line produced 1.2 million bricks. After comprehensive testing, the average number of such bricks is above No. 200, light weight, stable geometric dimensions, no cracks, and all physical properties exceed the national standards and reach the level of special grades. This production line has the outstanding advantage of saving energy and reducing costs. Since the fly ash contains a residual heat value of 800-1200 kcal/kg, 50% of the fly ash is mixed in the shale, which satisfies the heat required for burning bricks, and no additional coal is required. A production line with an annual output of 50 million bricks can use 50,000 cubic meters of fly ash, save 7,500 tons of coal, save 280,000 kilowatt-hours, and add other items, saving more than 70 points in comparison with the same type of shale brick factory. Ten thousand yuan. At the same time, it not only avoided the destruction of the brick and power plants, but also produced 15 acres of land.
