表面等离子共振(Surface plasmon resonance,SPR)分析技术自上世纪90年代问世以来,由于具有实时、定量、无需标记、微量检测等优点,已被广泛应用于蛋白质组学、细胞信号传导、受体-配体、抗体-抗原分子垂钓、免疫识别、癌症研究和新药筛选等生命科学领域。海洋糖类作为一类重要的生物活性物质,具有抗心脑血管疾病、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、免疫调节等多种作用,作为药物或功能制品开发备受关注。将SPR技术用于海洋糖类物质的活性研究,必将推动其研究进程。目前,SPR技术已成功用于海洋糖类化合物作用靶点确定、亲和力测定及糖类抗体研究等方面。
Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analysis technology has been widely used in proteomics, cell signaling, and receptors since its inception in the 1990s, due to its advantages of real-time, quantitative, label-free, and trace detection. Ligand, antibody-antigen molecular fishing, immune recognition, cancer research and new drug screening and other life sciences. As an important class of biologically active substances, marine carbohydrates have various functions such as anti-cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, anti-tumor, anti-virus, and immune regulation, and have received much attention as the development of drugs or functional products. The application of SPR technology to the study of the activity of marine carbohydrates will certainly promote its research process. At present, SPR technology has been successfully applied to the determination of target targets of marine carbohydrates, determination of affinity, and research on carbohydrate antibodies.
