用大鼠隔神经隔肌、小鸡颈二腹肌和蟾蜍腹直肌标本研究了硫酸锰对神经肌肉传递的作用。结果表明,锰对间接或直接刺激引起的肌肉收缩均产生可逆性、浓度依赖性的抑制作用。对间接刺激的IC50为0.28mmol/L,对直接刺激的IC50。为10mmol/L;对间接刺激肌收缩抑制50%的时间是4.3±1.0min。高钙溶液能部分拮抗锰的抑制作用。锰使小鸡颈二腹肌标本对ACh的敏感性降低,使ACh对蟾蜍腹直肌收缩的量效曲线非平行右移,pD2'为2、62。提示锰不仅作用于突触前膜,对突触后膜亦有抑制作用。
The effects of manganese sulfate on neuromuscular transmission were studied using rat septal, septal and chick abdominal muscles. The results showed that Mn had a reversible and concentration-dependent inhibitory effect on muscle contraction caused by indirect or direct stimulation. The IC50 for indirect stimulation was 0.28 mmol / L against the IC50 for direct stimulation. Was 10 mmol / L; the time to indirectly inhibit 50% of muscle contraction was 4.3 ± 1.0 min. High calcium solution can partially antagonize the inhibitory effect of manganese. Manganese reduced the susceptibility of the chick-neck bi-abdominal muscle sample to ACh, resulting in a non-parallel shift of the dose-response curve of ACh to the contralateral rectus abdominis muscle, with a pD2 ’of 2,62. Prompted manganese not only in the presynaptic membrane, the postsynaptic membrane also inhibited.
