针对莱钢股份炼铁厂4座1080m3高炉渣处理系统存在水泵振动,渣沟跑水、跑汽等问题,采取消除水泵振动,冷却塔升级改造,提高渣池循环水自然降温能力,优化改造渣沟系统,应用“管改沟”等措施,对高炉水冲渣系统进行优化改造,提高了设备运行稳定性,消除了渣沟区域的安全隐患,减少了渣沟跑蒸汽对金属结构的腐蚀,高炉渣沟区域跑水、跑蒸汽现象显著减少。
