目的检测前列腺分泌蛋白94(PSP94)在良性前列腺增生组织、前列腺癌组织及正常前列腺组织中的表达。方法分别从良性前列腺增生患者、前列腺癌患者及正常男性体内获取前列腺组织标本,采用免疫组化方法分析各类组织中PSP94的表达水平。结果PSP94染色阳性主要见于前列腺增生组织和正常前列腺组织的上皮细胞胞浆中及前列腺液中。与前列腺增生组织相比,前列腺癌组织标本中PSP94染色强度较低,该类标本组织前列腺液中PSP94染色阴性及弱阳性较为普遍;而在基质细胞中,前列腺增生组织和前列腺癌组织的PSP94染色均为阴性。大多数分化较差的前列腺癌组织PSP94染色为阴性或弱阳性,而相比之下大多数分化较好的前列腺癌组织PSP94染色为弱阳性或中度阳性。结论与前列腺增生组织及正常前列腺组织相比,PSP94在前列腺癌组织中表达水平较低,尤其是低分化前列腺癌。
Objective To detect the expression of prostatic secretion protein 94 (PSP94) in benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostatic carcinoma and normal prostatic tissue. Methods Prostate tissue samples were obtained from benign prostatic hyperplasia patients, prostate cancer patients and normal males respectively. Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze the expression of PSP94 in various tissues. Results PSP94 staining was mainly found in the cytoplasm of epithelial cells and prostatic fluid in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues and normal prostatic tissues. Compared with benign prostatic hyperplasia, the staining intensity of PSP94 in prostate cancer specimens was lower, and the positive and negative staining of PSP94 in prostatic fluid of these specimens was more common. In stromal cells, PSP94 staining of benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer All negative. Most poorly differentiated prostate cancer tissues were either PSP94 stained negative or weakly positive, whereas most well differentiated prostate cancer tissues PSP94 stained weakly positive or moderately positive. Conclusion Compared with benign prostatic hyperplasia and normal prostatic tissue, PSP94 has lower expression in prostate cancer tissue, especially in poorly differentiated prostate cancer.
