目的探寻大学生良好意志品质状态脑区的分布特点和特异性,为促进大学生身心健康提供实验学依据。方法招募河南中医学院在校学生69名,随机分为实验组和对照组。以考核刺激作为干预措施,同步监测大学生参与运动意志品质操作水平的脑电变化规律。两组通过培训与练习,25周后进行脑电测量。结果实际功率两组最高值在Pg1导联(实验组为16.547μV2,对照组13.779μV2),最低值在Tp8导联(实验组为15.982μV2,对照组为13.214μV2);实验组实际功率均值高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);频率最高值在T6导联(实验组为4.525 Hz,对照组为4.613Hz),最低值在O2导联(实验组为4.494 Hz,对照组为4.582 Hz);实验组频率均值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论意志品质培训与训练能够正向提高脑功能的反应效应,尤其在诱发大脑额叶兴奋反应方面,有助提高受试者的应激反应和意识的协调机制。
Objective To explore the distribution characteristics and specificities of brain regions of good will quality of undergraduates and to provide experimental basis for promoting the physical and mental health of undergraduates. Methods Recruitment of 69 students in Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. To assess the stimulus as an intervention, simultaneous monitoring of college students participate in the movement of the quality of operation of the EEG regularity. Two groups through training and practice, 25 weeks after the EEG measurements. Results The highest actual power in Pg1 lead group (16.547μV2 in experimental group and 13.779μV2 in control group), the lowest value in Tp8 lead group (15.982μV2 in experimental group and 13.214μV2 in control group). The mean value of actual power in experiment group was high (P <0.01); the highest frequency was in the T6 lead (4.525 Hz in the experimental group and 4.613 Hz in the control group), the lowest in the O2 lead group (4.494 Hz in the experimental group, Control group was 4.582 Hz); mean frequency of experimental group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions Will and quality training and training can positively improve the response of brain function, especially in stimulating the frontal lobe excited response of the brain, which can help to improve the coordination mechanism of stress response and consciousness of the subjects.
