在对新经济发展形式对人力资源开发模式的要求进行论述的基础上,阐述了现代企业人力资源开发模式创新及改革的必然需求。同时,从人力资源的开发层次、开发手段、开发形式三个方面探讨了传统人力资源开发模式存在的主要问题。最后,从现代企业人力资源开发基本理念出发,提出了对应的人力资源开发方式,形成了现代企业人力资源新的开发模式。
Based on the elaboration of the requirements of human resource development mode in the new economic development mode, this paper expounds the inevitable demand of innovation and reform of human resources development mode in modern enterprises. At the same time, the main problems existing in the traditional mode of human resource development are discussed from three aspects: the development level of human resources, the means of development and the form of development. Finally, starting from the basic idea of human resources development in modern enterprises, we put forward corresponding human resources development methods and formed a new development model of human resources in modern enterprises.
