辽宁省能源研究所研制的高温冷凝水回收装置是密闭式高温冷凝水回收系统的主要设备。它可用于石油、化工、制药、造纸、纺织、食品、印染、蒸汽采暖等蒸汽间接加热系统回收蒸汽凝结水。它可以将高温凝结水(110~140℃)直接输入锅炉,具有综合效益高、稳定可靠、自动化程度高等优点,节能效果可达25%。该装置装有液—液喷射增压回路,从技术上解决了离心泵泵送饱和热水的气蚀问题。回收泵自动运行,可实现无人操作。
The high-temperature condensate recovery device developed by the Liaoning Provincial Energy Research Institute is the main equipment for the closed high-temperature condensate recovery system. It can be used for indirect steam heating systems such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, paper, textile, food, printing and dyeing, and steam heating to recover steam condensate. It can directly input high-temperature condensate (110~140°C) into the boiler, which has the advantages of high comprehensive efficiency, stable and reliable, high degree of automation, and energy-saving effect of up to 25%. The device is equipped with a liquid-liquid injection pressurization circuit to technically solve the problem of cavitation erosion of saturated hot water pumped by the centrifugal pump. The recovery pump operates automatically and allows unattended operation.
