Superplasticity of Zr65Al10Ni10Cu15 Amorphous Alloys In the early 1990’s it was discovered that Zr-based alloys with a supercooled liquid-phase region of 60 K wide and strong amorphous formability can be produced by amorphous powder consolidation or casting at low cooling rates Bulk amorphous alloy material. Zr65Al10Ni with large supercooled liquid region (105K) was studied.
