用非线性线弹簧模型,对含有表面裂纹的球瓶破坏性实验结果进行了弹塑性断裂力学分析。讨论了对宇航薄壁压力容器表面裂纹建立安全评定标准的必要性。采用线弹性断裂力学分析方法可能给出危险的结果。将J_(m.d.p)=J_(IC)作为宇航压力容器表面裂纹弹塑性断裂的判据,具有准确,简便的优点。
The elastic-plastic fracture mechanics analysis of the destructive experiment of the bottle with surface crack was carried out by using the non-linear spring model. The necessity of establishing safety assessment standards for surface cracks in aerospace thin wall pressure vessels is discussed. The use of linear elastic fracture mechanics may give dangerous results. Taking J_ (m.d.p) = J_ (IC) as the criterion of elastic-plastic fracture of surface crack of aerospace pressure vessel has the advantages of accuracy and convenience.
