采用湿法消解处理5种切花菊‘四季白’的器官,ICP-AES测定P、K、Ca、Mg、B、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn的含量,研究切花菊各器官中营养物质的含量。结果表明:切花菊‘四季白’各营养元素的含量呈现K>Ca>Mg>P,Zn>Mn>B>Cu。花蕾中P、K、Zn、B、Cu含量最高;叶中Ca、Mg、Mn含量最高,而盛开时Fe含量最高。实验结果将为切花菊的生产提供理论依据。
The contents of P, K, Ca, Mg, B, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn in five species of cut chrysanthemum ’Sijiyi’ were determined by wet digestion and the content of nutrients in each organ of cut chrysanthemum . The results showed that the content of various nutrient elements in Chrysanthemum ’Sijiqu’ presented K> Ca> Mg> P and Zn> Mn> B> Cu. The contents of P, K, Zn, B and Cu were the highest in flower buds. The content of Ca, Mg and Mn in leaves was the highest, while the content of Fe was the highest in full bloom. The experimental results will provide a theoretical basis for the production of cut chrysanthemum.
