采用高速摄影和影片解析的方法，从运动学角度对赵卫华完成该动作各阶段技术进行分析。结果表明，主要矛盾是起跳阶段身体重心垂直速度偏低，空中阶段翻转角速度过慢则为次要矛盾。建议今后训练重点应围绕挖掘运动员潜力，提高腾空高度即最大限度地增大蹬离瞬时的垂直速度进行按排。
Using high-speed photography and video analysis method, from the perspective of kinematics Zhao Weihua to complete the action stages of the technology analysis. The result shows that the main contradiction is the secondary contradiction when the vertical velocity of body center of gravity during the take-off stage is low and the turning speed of the air phase is too slow. It is suggested that the focus of future training should focus on tapping the potentials of athletes and increasing the height of vacating, that is, maximizing the vertical speed of pedal-off instantaneous.
