针对目前钻孔灌注桩成孔质量检测工作重视性不够、检测技术和设备还相对较落后的现状,系统地介绍了钻孔灌注桩成孔质量测试方法及其原理,同时,引进了钻孔灌注桩成孔质量测试新技术——超声波全向测试技术,并着重介绍了其测试原理及优点,最后,结合国外3个工程实例证实了:1)超声波全向测试技术不仅能很直观地给出钻孔三维视图,引导工程师对成孔质量做出正确的判断,而且有助于合理分析基桩静载荷试验数据,进而对基桩承载性能做出正确的评估;2)超声波全向测试技术有助于指导桩基设计,一定程度上可减少或消除桩基施工中的许多不确定性,进而有效控制工程成本。
In view of the fact that the hole quality testing of the bored pile is not enough importance and the testing technology and equipment are still relatively backward, this paper systematically introduces the testing methods and principles of the hole quality of the bored pile.
