任何一种所有制，其性质是一定的，实现形式可以多样化。社会主义公有制也可以有多种实现形式。社会实践证明：实现形式必须既适应社会化大生产的需求，又能最直接、最具体凸现劳动者的利益，才能调动劳动者的积极性，促进生产力的发展。本文就公有制中的利益机制问题做了初步探讨。 Any kind of ownership, its nature is certain, the form can be diversified. Socialist public ownership can take many forms. Social practice has proved that the form of realization must not only meet the needs of socialized mass production, but also show the most direct and most concrete interests of laborers in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of laborers and promote the development of productive forces. This article made a preliminary discussion on the issue of interest mechanism in public ownership.
