以平潭岛公路软土路基为研究对象,利用FLAC3D软件计算分析了CFG桩加固前后堆载预压的作用效果,提出“体积压缩比”的概念,并通过编写fish函数对上述效果进行定量描述。结果表明:对于原状软土地基,堆载预压有效作用深度为15m,对CFG桩复合地基,上述范围出现在桩顶附近和桩底附近两个部位,前者深约5m,后者深约10m,CFG桩将预压荷载传递到深部;CFG桩的施工增加了软土的承载能力,但再对复合地基进行堆载预压,地面仍会出现12.8cm的沉降,占到直接对软土进行堆载预压所产生沉降量的29.2%,对于软土层厚度大、层数多的地基,宜使用CFG桩和堆载预压联合加固。
