备课是每一个教师上课前所做的基础性工作,是教师进行课堂教学、实现教学目标的前提和保障,也是一名合格教师的一项基本功。备课的质量、效率,以及与课堂教学的吻合程度究竟有多高,对提高课堂教学的效果有着直接的影响。笔者根据自己从教近二十年来的备课实践,以及在平时的教学工作检查中发现的问题,认为要实现真正意义上的有效备课,应该做到“四要”与“四不要”。
Lesson preparation is the basic work each teacher did before class, is the prerequisite and guarantee for teachers to carry out classroom teaching and achieve the teaching goal, and is also a basic skill of a qualified teacher. The quality and efficiency of lesson planning and how well it matches with classroom teaching have a direct impact on the effectiveness of classroom teaching. According to the author’s own practice of preparing lessons in the past two decades and the problems found in the usual teaching work examination, the author thinks that in order to realize the effective preparation of lessons in class, we should do “Four Musts” and “Four Musts” .
