目的:研究不同烧结温度对氧化锆/饰面瓷剪切强度的影响。方法:将70个氧化锆试件按饰面瓷烧结温度的不同随机分为7组。采用平行界面剪切实验测定各组的氧化锆/饰面瓷结合强度。结果:7组间氧化锆/饰面瓷剪切强度有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。最高烧结温度860℃组及最低烧结温度800℃组,与标准组830℃组相比较剪切强度均有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。810℃、820℃、840℃、850℃组,与标准组830℃组相比较剪切强度均无统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:饰面瓷的烧结温度对氧化锆/饰面瓷的剪切强度产生影响,过高或过低的烧结温度会降低氧化锆/饰面瓷试件的剪切强度。
Objective: To study the influence of sintering temperature on the shear strength of zirconia / veneer porcelain. Methods: 70 zirconia specimens were randomly divided into 7 groups according to the sintering temperature of veneer. The parallel interface shear test was used to determine the zirconia / veneer bond strength of each group. Results: The shear strength of zirconia / veneered porcelain between the seven groups was significantly different (P <0.05). The highest sintering temperature of 860 ℃ group and the lowest sintering temperature of 800 ℃ group, compared with the standard group 830 ℃ group, the shear strength was statistically significant (P <0.05). The shear strength at 810 ℃, 820 ℃, 840 ℃ and 850 ℃ was not significantly different from that of the standard group at 830 ℃ (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The sintering temperature of the veneer porcelain has influence on the shear strength of zirconia / veneered porcelain. Too high or too low sintering temperature will decrease the shear strength of zirconia / veneered porcelain.
