轧钢厂的热轧生产中,通常先将常温钢坯加热到预定的工艺温度,使它具有良好的塑性性能后,才能进行轧制。钢坯加热至预定温度所需的时间愈短,则加热炉的生产率可以提高,氧化铁皮烧损量以及各种加热缺陷都会减少,还可节约能源。这样,既可优质高产和降低生产成本,又能节约钢材。影响加热炉生产率和能耗的因素比较多,例如:燃烧种类与燃烧情况,燃料与空气的预热温度,钢坯材料、布置方式,外形尺寸与初始温度,加热炉的结构以及炉内辐射换热特性等。本文仅探讨加热炉内钢坯置放间隙与生产率及能耗之间的关系,最后分析了加热炉内钢坯最佳置放间隙的经济效益及其重要意义。
