目的探讨个性因素对三军官兵的影响模式,为其心理健康教育及心理咨询与治疗提供科学依据。方法采用人性的哲学修订量表中的复杂性分量表、卡特尔16种人格因素分析对路军、海军、空军3个军种总共1900名官兵进行心理测评。统计处理采用秩变换单因素方差分析、Spearman相关分析及Amos路径分析。结果不同文化程度的官兵在人性复杂性正性上有显著差异(F=2.87,P=0.04);Amos路径分析显示稳定性对新兵个性的贡献最大(β=0.75,P<0.01);个性对新兵人性复杂性正性的直接效应显著(β=0.27,P<0.001),其在部队属性与人性复杂性正性的存在显著的间接效应(β=0.04,P<0.01)。结论官兵对人性的复杂性的认识受个性影响最大,在个性因素影响下加强文化程度以及部队属性对官兵人性复杂性的认识,有必要针对官兵的个性因素进行专门的心理训练。
Objective To explore the mode of influence of personality factors on the officers and men of the three services so as to provide a scientific basis for their psychological health education and psychological counseling and treatment. Methods Humanity philosophy was used to revise the complexity subscale in the questionnaire and cartel 16 personality factors to conduct a psychological survey on a total of 1900 officers and soldiers of the three armed services of the Route Army, the Navy and the Air Force. Statistical analysis using rank transform one-way analysis of variance, Spearman correlation analysis and Amos path analysis. Results The officers and soldiers of different education levels had significant differences in the complexity of human nature (F = 2.87, P = 0.04). The analysis of Amos path showed that stability contributed most to recruit personality (β = 0.75, P <0.01) The positive direct effect of recruits humanity complexity was significant (β = 0.27, P <0.001), which had a significant indirect effect (β = 0.04, P <0.01) on the positiveness of military property and human complexity. Conclusion The officers and soldiers’ understanding of the complexity of human nature is most influenced by the individuality. Under the influence of personality factors, the educational level and the military attribute’s understanding of the complexity of the officers and men’s human beings need to be specially trained for the personality of the officers and men.
