我厂H-60电炉底板原来采用高鎳鉻耐热鋼,但使用一年多后即損坏。后来改用白口鑄铁和高鋁鑄鉄,寿命也很低,渗碳一两炉后即产生变形,因此成为生产中一个关鍵問題。去年我們学习洛阳拖拉机厂使用鎂磚作底板的先进經驗,以8块厚50毫米的碳化硅火磚拼成底板試用,經过四个多月来的高温(950℃)、渗碳、載重(工件重200多公斤)等考驗,仍平整无缺。在导热性及产品质量方面也做过簡单試驗:将机床方刀架进行正火处理,以过去使用铁底板时的同样規范加热(1.4分/毫米),正火后檢查上下两面的金相組織均为細片状珠光
