30多年来,笔者亲历了中国保险业发展的历程,一直在思考一个问题,保险业是朝阳事业,保险是一个神圣的职业,但为什么中国保险业的市场形象不够好,社会地位不够高呢?是保险这个行业有问题,还是中国保险从业人员的努力不够呢?其实都不是,最核心的还是寿险业的理论问题。解决寿险业面临的问题,出路不在于调整业务结构,不在于改变交费方式,不在于回归保障,更不在于内含价值高低,而在于必须站在消费者的角度去思考问题,去谈保险业的创新和发展。
For more than 30 years, I have witnessed the development of China’s insurance industry. I have been thinking about a problem. Insurance is a sunrise business. Insurance is a sacred occupation. However, why the market image of China’s insurance industry is not good enough and its social status is not high enough? Is the insurance industry a problem, or the Chinese insurance practitioners efforts enough? In fact, not the core of the life insurance theory. To solve the problems facing the life insurance industry, the solution is not to adjust the business structure, not to change the payment method, not to return to security, not to the implied value, but rather to stand on the consumer’s point of view to think about the problem and talk about insurance Industry innovation and development.
