笔者认为该产品是新品,很有创意,应该说具有很好的前景,但是很可惜结局却是失败的。中小创业者在资源、资金、人力等都极其匮乏的情况下,很难成为新产品的市场培育者。笔者认为该创业者应着重以下几方面:1.该产品的功能定位应是面向单位消费、家庭消费及个人消费,家庭消费主要用于房屋外门安装、车库门安装;单位消费主要用于大门安装;个人消费主要用于车辆安装。2.插入非本门的钥匙就报警的功能并不是无用的。理论上,非本门的钥匙是打不开本门的,除非撬门。但可以换另一种诉求方式:小偷撬门、万能钥匙开锁时该装置会报警,这样更为大众所欢迎(具有防盗功能)。3.该产品的定价失误(价格过高),作为新品上市,消费者肯定会报着好奇的心态围众,而真正使其能掏钱购买的,应是让他们能接受的价格。依本人之见该产品的定价不应超过二三十元(本人不知道该产品的具体的成本,不知这样的定价是否有利润)。一般上讲定价不能高于中档一把锁的价格,如果该产品的成本很高,大众是不会有真正意义上
