本文阐述了以TP801—Z80单板机为核心所组成的温度控制系统的基本原理和设计方法,并应用自动控制理论分析了系统的稳定性等问题。通过调整单板机软件,可以改变控制温度的整定值,检测范围和控制精度。其温度控制范围为0℃~1000℃,控制精度为±1℃。交中扼要地说明了控制程序的设计方法和程序流程图。
This paper describes the basic principle and design method of the temperature control system which is composed of the TP801-Z80 single-board computer. The system stability is analyzed by using the automatic control theory. By adjusting the single-board software, you can change the control temperature setting, detection range and control accuracy.
