一、前言连杆螺栓是汽车上的重要螺栓,主要承受交变负荷。因此,除要求较高的静强度外,还要求有较高的疲劳强度,生产中对这种螺栓的要求严格。我厂在装配该螺栓时是通过控制装配力矩来控制轴向预紧力的。通常用 T=K·F·d ……(1)来表示拧紧力矩T和轴向预紧力F的关系。式中d是螺栓公称直径,K是力矩系数。从(1)式知道,由拧紧力矩来准确控制轴向预紧力F的关键,就在于K值要准确。K值与螺栓几何尺寸及摩擦系数有关,而摩擦系数受机加工精度和光洁度、润滑条件等多
