对外径 660mm、壁厚 7 1mm国产内胀成形X60钢级螺旋缝埋弧焊管的未水压、水压后和稳压后 3种管段样品 ,用机械切割应力释放法进行了内外表面残余应力的测试。试验结果分析表明 ,油气输送管出厂前的水压试验以及油气管道施工完毕后的稳压试验均会使螺旋缝埋弧焊管内外表面总体残余应力分布趋于均匀 ,并且明显降低内表面残余应力 ,特别是对呈残余拉应力的焊缝区域作用更大。研究分析认为 ,把我国螺旋缝埋弧焊管水压试验压力从 0 9SMYS提高到1 0SMYS ,甚至接近焊管屈服强度 ,可消除或降低螺旋缝埋弧焊管有害的残余拉应力。
The external and internal surface residual stresses of X16 steel spiral welded submerged arc welded pipe with an outer diameter of 660mm and a wall thickness of 71mm were measured by mechanical cutting stress relief method after unhydrostatic, test. The test results show that the hydraulic pressure test before the delivery of oil and gas pipelines and the pressure regulation test after the completion of oil and gas pipelines will make the overall residual stress distribution on the internal and external surfaces of the spiral submerged arc welded pipe tend to be uniform and significantly reduce the residual stress on the internal surface, Especially for the residual tensile stress weld area greater role. According to the research and analysis, the hydraulic test pressure of spiral submerged arc welded pipe in our country is increased from 0 9SMYS to 10SMYS, even close to the yield strength of the welded pipe, which can eliminate or reduce the harmful residual tensile stress of spiral submerged arc welded pipe.
