用粉末冶金工艺制造了以锡青铜纤维为基体 ,MoS2 为固体润滑剂的固体自润滑材料。研究了其力学性能、摩擦磨损性能和显微结构 ,并与以锡青铜粉为基体 ,MoS2 为固体润滑剂的固体自润滑材料进行了性能对比。试验表明 :金属纤维基材料有高的强度、高的塑性和良好的渗透性。其抗拉强度和冲击韧性分别为粉末基材料的 2~ 6倍和 2~ 8倍 ,良好的渗透性能源于纤维体通孔多和具有蜂窝结构 ,便于润滑剂的渗透、贮存和输送。
Using powder metallurgy process to manufacture tin bronze fiber as the matrix, solid lubricants MoS2 solid self-lubricating material. The mechanical properties, friction and wear properties and microstructure were studied. The properties of the solid self-lubricating materials with tin bronze powder as matrix and MoS2 as solid lubricant were compared. Tests show that: metal fiber-based materials have high strength, high plasticity and good permeability. The tensile strength and impact toughness of the powder-based materials are 2 to 6 times and 2 to 8 times, good permeability from the fibrous body through-holes and have a honeycomb structure for easy lubricant penetration, storage and delivery.
