我厂柴油机上连杆杆身和连杆盖是切开分为两体进行精加工的。在此之前,从锻坯(模锻)一直到半精加工都是一体的。切开后,工艺上要求打印编号(杆身和盖同一编号),成对加工,直至合装。对精铣结合面和精铣螺栓面工序,我们设计了两套铣夹具,使用7~8年,证明质量稳定可靠,操作简单。 1.精铣结合面夹具精铣结合面夹具结构如图1,夹具在卧铣上使用,底座上有四块支承板用以平面定位。对于杆身,其平面定位是由大端的支承板和小端定位销的端面共同形
