作者对145例患者行肝CT增加扫描。首先回顾了病史及超声检查,发现肝脂肪变性及患有肝炎病史者被排除,应用Somatom plus-S CT机,晨起空腹检查,记录体重,注射小剂量Iopamidol(0.2ml/kg,300mg I/ml),用与全剂量注射同样的速率肘前静脉注射,作同一水平动态扫描。注射开始后10～35s每5s扫描一次(小剂量团注检查)。通过测定主动脉CT值来选取主动脉强化最佳层面。此层面开始扫描时至开始注射时所需时间称为主动脉通过时间
