一、无机胶粘剂粘补工艺 1.钻孔攻丝 首先找出裂纹的位置、大小和方向(检查方法见上期),然后从裂纹的一端每隔2～3mm顺序钻孔攻丝,直到裂纹的另一端;孔径为6mm,深度为壁厚的2/3左右;用黄铜制成M6螺钉。 2.磷酸——氧化铜无机胶粘剂的配制 (1)原料:氧化铜粉,粒度为 300～380目;氧化钴粉末,粒度300～380目;磷酸,密度1.7,含量90％以上;氢氧化铝,白色细粒状。 (2)配制:100ml磷酸+6g 氢氧化铝→倒入烧
