Families and kindergartens are two major aspects that affect the physical and mental development of young children. The impact of these two aspects on young children must be doubled with the same direction and with the same pace. The link between the kindergarten and the child implies the natural collaborator identity of the teacher and the parents. The key to the cooperative purpose of the collaborators, that is, the common interests, is to work together on the basis of communication. This tells us that teachers and Parents communicate directly affects the growth of children, but also affect the teacher’s work, class management and the whole
