目的分析河南省土源性线虫病国家级监测点周口市土源性线虫感染现状。方法根据《全国土源性线虫病监测方案》要求在河南省周口市淮阳县设立监测点。采用改良加藤厚涂片法对居民进行粪检;透明胶纸肛拭法检测12岁以下儿童蛲虫卵;改良饱和硝酸钠漂浮检查法检测土样中虫卵。结果共调查1 055人,土源性线虫总感染率为2.46%,与2008年的3.04%相比,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中检出蛔虫卵感染者11例,感染率为1.04%,钩虫卵感染13例,感染率1.23%,鞭虫和蛲虫感染者各1例,感染率均为0.09%,且所有感染病例均为轻度感染;12岁以下儿童蛲虫卵感染率为20.95%(22/105)。对10户居民菜园、厕所周边、庭院、厨房的40份土样进行检测,2份检出蛔虫卵,阳性率为5%。结论河南省土源性线虫感染率显著下降,且趋于稳定。
Objective To analyze the status of soil-borne nematode infection in the national monitoring point of soil-borne nematodes in Henan Province. Methods According to the “National Soil Nematode Disease Surveillance Program”, a monitoring point was set up in Huaiyang County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province. The modified Kato thick smear method was used for fecal examination of residents; the translucent adhesive tape anal swab method was used to detect the eggs of children under 12 years of age; the modified saturated sodium nitrate floating test was used to detect the eggs in soil samples. Results A total of 1 055 people were surveyed. The total infection rate of soil-borne nematodes was 2.46%. Compared with 3.04% in 2008, the difference was not statistically significant (P <0.05). Among them, 11 cases were found ascaris avian infection, the infection rate was 1.04%, 13 cases of hookworm eggs infection, the infection rate was 1.23%, 1 case of whipworm and pinworm infection, the infection rate was 0.09%, and all the infected cases All of them were mild infection. The infection rate of ovipositor was 20.95% (22/105) in children under 12 years old. 40 soil samples from 10 households garden, toilets, courtyard and kitchen were detected, and 2 samples were detected as roundworm eggs, the positive rate was 5%. Conclusion The infection rate of soil-borne nematodes in Henan Province decreased significantly and tended to be stable.
