药剂防治地下害虫(蝼蛄、蛴螬等)在综合防治措施中占有重要地位,研究取代高残留和剧毒农药,是农业生产上迫切需要解决的问题。几年来共研究测定了数十种药剂对地下害虫的防治效果。本文只介绍地亚农的试验结果。地亚农由于毒性较低(对鼠口服致死中量108毫克/公斤),用于防治地下害虫效果也较好,很受重视。试验所用的50%地亚农乳剂,系山东张店农药厂提供。在室内,我们用地亚农对华北蝼蛄(Gryllotalpa unispina saussure)进行毒力测定,其胃毒作用较强,对华北蝼蛄成虫的胃毒致死中量(LD_(50))为1.21微克/克,触杀致死中量为5.25微克/克,由此说明,地亚农对蝼蛄有相
