苯胺、CS_2(10倍摩尔量)和Et_3N(2倍摩尔量)在CuSO_4-5H_2O(50 mol%)催化下,室温3 h生成相应异硫氰酸酯。25例收率40%~98%。苯环上无取代基或有非邻位给电子取代基收率较高,有吸电基取代或位阻较大时收率降低;脂肪胺亦可顺利反应。EtOAc∶H_2O(2∶1)作溶剂收率略高于EtOH∶H_2O(2∶1)。
Aniline, CS_2 (10-fold molar) and Et_3N (2-fold molar) catalyzed by CuSO_4-5H_2O (50 mol%) for 3 h at room temperature to form the corresponding isothiocyanates. 25 cases of the yield of 40% to 98%. There is no substituent on the benzene ring or a non-ortho-electron donating substituent with a higher yield. Substitution with an electron-withdrawing substituent or a larger steric hindrance leads to a decrease in yield. The fatty amine can also react smoothly. The solvent yield of EtOAc: H 2 O (2: 1) was slightly higher than that of EtOH: H 2 O (2: 1).
