事的讀報熱潮,决定把讀報小組發展起来,首先有步驟有計划的掌握了骨幹份子,进行培養,同时並以李輔庭组为重點進行試驗,在試驗中得到了以下幾點經驗: (一)材料及内容应由学校行政根据学員程度要求而劃定读報的范围。(二)要對讀報人進行培養,注意声調、表情、快慢等。(三)教師应予以充分重视,並認真輔導。(四)對中低年級在读完一段後要加以說明。(五)對不瞭解名詞教師要負责解答。(六)读完后要展開漫谈,发表个人的認識和感想,读后应大力推广到羣众中去(如親戚朋友工廠同人等)。得到以上幾点经驗后,便召集教
