为了研究苯甲酸酸化剂与磷酸氢钙(DCP)对草鱼生长生理的影响及二者交互作用与磷酸二氢钙(MCP)效果的比较。试验选用体质量为(37.2±2.4)g的550尾草鱼,随机分为6组,每组设3个重复,每重复18尾鱼。各组投喂饲料分别在相同基础饲料的配方中添加不同剂量的MCP、DCP和苯甲酸酸化剂,各组添加量分别为空白对照组(0、0、0),MCP(1.8%、0、0),DCP(0、1.8%和0),酸化剂1.5组(0、1.8%和0.15%),酸化剂3组(0、1.8%和0.3%),酸化剂处理组(0、0和0.15%)。养殖58 d后对生长指标和生理指标进行检测。试验结果表明:饲料中添加无机矿物磷明显有助于改善草鱼体的生长及健康状况,且MCP的养殖效果要好于DCP;苯甲酸酸化剂可提高饲料中磷的利用率,促进草鱼的生长;DCP与苯甲酸酸化剂对草鱼的综合营养效果显著低于添加MCP的效果。
In order to study the effect of benzoic acid acidifier and DCP on the growth physiology of grass carp and the comparison of their interaction with monocalcium phosphate (MCP). A total of 550 grass carp (37.2 ± 2.4 g) were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 18 fish per replicate. Each group fed diets supplemented with different doses of MCP, DCP and benzoic acid acidifier in the same basic diet formulation, respectively, and the addition of each group were blank control group (0,0,0), MCP (1.8%, 0, (0, 1.8% and 0.3%), acidifier treatment group (0, 0 and 0.8%), acidifier 0.15%). After 58 d of culture, the growth indexes and physiological indexes were tested. The results showed that the addition of inorganic mineral phosphorus to feed obviously helped to improve the growth and health status of grass carp, and the MCP culture effect was better than that of DCP. Benzoic acid acidifier could increase the utilization rate of phosphorus and promote the growth of grass carp. The comprehensive nutrition effect of DCP and benzoic acid acidifier on grass carp was significantly lower than that of adding MCP.
