湖南大学化学化工学院沈国励研究组研制出一种高灵敏检测腺苷的可再生电化学传感系统(Analytieal Chemistry,2007,79(7):2933-2939)。该传感系统具有如下优势:酪胺电聚合膜提供良好的再生性和稳定性;纳米金层提供相对大的比表面积;电活性物质二茂铁的实用性;目标物的识别反应引起检测探针脱落而有效削弱了残余峰电流。
