目前生产力以及形成现代企业主心骨竞争力的最主要因素就是人力资源。现在我国企业人力资源管理迎来的最主要的挑战就是把制度化与人性化管理相互协调结合在一起,以提高我国人力资源管理水准。准确协调好制度化和人性化的关系是人力资源管理的基本原则之一。笔者根据平时工作中获得的经验,对人力资源管理制度化和人性化关系进行了分析研究。
At present, the most important factor in productivity and in forming the backbone of modern business owners is human resources. Now our country enterprise human resources management usher in the most important challenge is to institutionalize and humane management of mutual coordination and together to improve China’s human resources management level. Accurately coordinate the relationship between institutionalization and humanity is one of the basic principles of human resource management. Based on the experience gained in normal work, the author analyzes and studies the institutionalization and humanization of human resource management.
