柑桔果实在贮藏的过程中,因水份蒸发和营养物质的消耗而失去重量称为失重或轻耗。为了解我场几个主要柑桔品种果实在贮藏期间的轻耗情况,我们于去年十二月份采用果实涂水果腊和普通贮存两个处理。经过两月的观察,初步了解柑桔各个品种随着贮藏期的延长,果实重量不断轻耗的幅度,以及不同处理的差异。现将观察情况小结如下:一、观察的情况和方法观察的果实有椪柑、甜橙、雪柑、蕉柑。每个品种采用涂腊与不涂腊两种处理,两处理果各占半数。水果腊为汕头永红化工社出产。
