中国航空学会于1988年5月26日～30日在青岛召开了“发展我国水上民用航空事业研讨会”。会议代表来自全国高等院校、研究设计单位、工厂、部队及积极发展水上航空事业的地区的代表等共33个单位54名代表。中国航空学会副秘书长屠德彰亲临会议指导。海军航空兵、北海舰队航空兵及北海舰队和青岛市科协等有关领导出席了大会开幕式,并发表了热情 The Chinese Academy of Aeronautics held the “Seminar on the Development of China’s Waterborne Civil Aviation Business” in Qingdao from May 26th to 30th, 1988. The conference represented 54 representatives from 33 institutions including representatives of universities, research and design institutes, factories, troops and areas actively developing maritime aviation. The deputy secretary-general of the China Aviation Society, Tu Dezhang, personally attended the conference. Leaders of the naval air force, Beihai Fleet Aviation Corps, Beihai Fleet and Qingdao Science Association attended the opening ceremony of the conference and expressed their enthusiasm.
