目的探讨PDCA循环在全院复用器械基数管理中的应用。方法 2014年7月~2015年6月实行PDCA循环法管理复用器械包前各科室复用器械包基数4658件作为对照组;2015年7月~2016年6月实行PDCA循环法管理后复用器械包基数6819件作为观察组,并对本院复用器械包基数管理中存在问题,以及实行PDCA循环后对复用手术器械的管理效果进行分析。结果观察组盘点各科基数符合率为97.65%,高于对照组的88.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组器械遗失夹入布料发生率为0.660%,低于对照组的1.889%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PDCA循环法管理在全院复用器械中的应用,能有效降低器械遗失发生率、提升科室基数符合率;有助于推进全院复用器械规范化、制度化、流程化管理,并有助于建立持久有效的质量控制机制。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle in the management of hospital multiplexed instrument base. Methods From July 2014 to June 2015, a total of 4658 reusable device bag bases in each department before PDCA cycle management were administered as the control group. From July 2015 to June 2016, PDCA cycle management was adopted to re-use 6819 pieces of equipment package base were used as the observation group, and the problems in the management of the reuse equipment package base in this hospital were analyzed, and the management effect of the re-use surgical instruments was analyzed after the implementation of the PDCA cycle. Results The coincidence rate was 97.65% in all subjects in observation group, which was higher than that in control group (88.64%) (P <0.01). The incidence rate of equipment missing in the observation group was 0.660%, which was lower than that in the control group 1.889%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions The application of PDCA method in hospital reused equipment can effectively reduce the incidence of equipment loss and improve the coincidence rate of departmental radix. It is helpful to standardize, institutionalize and process management of reused equipment in hospital. To establish a lasting and effective quality control mechanism.
