对轨道平顺状态的评定是确定允许行车速度、指导养护维修的关键。利用轨检车在遂渝线上检测的不平顺数据,运用统计方法先对数据进行评分统计,然后对轨道质量指数的频数分布、里程分布及权重进行了分析。结果表明,遂渝线无砟轨道的平顺性远好于有砟轨道;当TQI管理值为10时,有砟轨道各单项轨道不平顺标准差小于管理值里程所占比例均大于85%,说明遂渝线有砟轨道TQI管理值定为10基本能保证线路的质量状态。
The evaluation of track smoothness is the key to determine the allowable speed, guide maintenance and repair. Using the data of unevenness detected by railcar on Suining-Chongqing line, the statistical method is used to score the data first, and then the frequency distribution, mileage distribution and weight of track quality index are analyzed. The results show that the smoothness of the ballastless track on the Sui-Yu line is far better than that of the ballastless track. When the TQI management value is 10, the standard deviations of the individual track irregularity on the ballast track are less than 85% Sui-Yu line TZI TZI management value is set at 10 basic to ensure the quality of the line state.
